该剧以校园暴力为主题，讲述因校园暴力而站在生死边缘的儿子以及家人以儿子的名义寻找真相的故事，即便是在这个充斥着虚假、隐匿、背叛、曝光的自私的世界中，大家依然能够互相舔舐伤口，一同寻找对“美丽的世界”的希望。。Set in the summer of 1852 in the village of Kengis, Northern Sweden, the series follows the young Sami boy-Jussi and his mentor, the newly appointed revivalist Pastor, as they investigate multiple-killings of young girls。
