学生会会长Papang看似完美无缺，却在一次直播中模仿其偶像，因网络暴力而自杀的Gina，结束了自己的生命。她的哥哥Khan誓要查明真相，于是与助教Phat联手展开调查。他们先后盘问了：沉迷社交网络、嫉妒Papang的Nan；求爱被拒的暗恋者Pok；以及隐瞒着与已婚男子婚外情秘密的母亲Pimpa。随着调查深入，一个充满校园霸凌与网络诽谤的黑暗网络逐渐浮出水面，究竟什么才是压垮Papang的最后一根稻草？。Visiting in England, famed American surgeon Doctor John Marlowe is decoyed to a middle European country, and discovers the operation he is to perform is on the Vosnian dictator.
