類いまれな語学センスと好奇心を持つ青年・伊嶋壮多が、通詞だった父の失踪の謎を追って、江戸から国際都市の長崎へやって来たことで展開する本作。長崎ならではの密輸事件が発生し、謎の男・神頭有右生（こうずゆうせい）の登場によって壮多が思いがけないたくらみに巻き込まれていくさまが描かれる。。The original story about a man who lost his son, became Santa to many, reunites with his love, and brings hope to all. Distraught over losing his son, he finds closure and discovers a new purpose when he takes on the role of Santa Claus.。
