根据狄更斯同名原着改编的作品。 小杜丽（Little Dorrit）是英国作家狄更斯的长篇小说作品，发表于1855年—1857年。故事可分为上下两部，上部内容写威廉·杜丽全家老少因无力偿还债务而先后被终身监禁于位于伦敦桥和乔治教堂南大街的中段的马夏尔西监狱（Marshalea Prison），她的父亲被称为马夏西之父，她遇到了同为狱友的海吉格医生，下半部内容则写小杜丽家变有钱之后。这部小说极具灰暗色彩，故事中的“繁荣”代表的本质就是邪恶，讽刺英国官僚机制“什么事都不做”的麻木不仁。。The Boy In The Dress is the story of Dennis, a 12 year-old boy who lives in an ordinary house, in an ordinary street, in an ordinary town, but he feels different.
