小吉在河边发现了十几个奇特的蛋，带回家食用，而后家中便开始接连发生怪事，家养的狗被神秘杀害，大白鹅也惨遭毒手，且现场留有奇怪的爬痕和粘液。村里人也开始流传关于李家惹祸上身的说法，瞎子、徐老太等人的警告更是让李家上下人心惶惶。。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios. Urban is a fluent Spanish-speaker, and plays an uncredited role as the Argentine radio operator.。
