We follow each of these women on their journey to a special hospital in Addis Ababa where they find solace for the first time...。私立樱兰学院高中部的平民资助生藤冈春绯（川口春奈 饰）因寻找能够安静自习的地方而无意闯进了学院女生的伊甸园——樱兰高校男公关部。公关部以服务学校女生为宗旨，由6位美男组成。他们扮演着不同的角色，设定各种应景主题，讨女生欢心，为其营造优雅华丽的氛围。春绯对此毫无兴趣，且看不惯他们大少爷的作风，正欲一走了之，结果却不小心打碎了昂贵的花瓶，因此背上巨额债款，不得已女扮男装，成为了男公关部的一员。 男公关部的成员刚开始只是对春绯的平民身份表示好奇和感兴趣，但在与春绯的接触中逐渐被春绯的天然和纯真所治愈。而春绯也发现了大少爷们性格的可爱和作为男性的可靠。他们互相影响着彼此，在一连串爆笑故事中，收获欢乐和友谊，也克服恐惧，甚至得到爱情。。
