When she finds out her acceptance has been deferred, she is determined to do whatever she can do to g...。网媒编辑何家欣（姚子羚饰）接到任务，需要接近竞风田径社以挖掘丑闻，她与跑步教练袁力（陈山聪饰）结识。袁力因过去的憾事而避免与人建立关系，但与家欣的接触使两人逐渐靠近。富商郭皇普（蒋志光饰）的女儿郭贝儿（刘颖镟饰）因特殊目的主动加入竞风社，而皇普则成为竞风社的赞助人，与袁力不断产生冲突。袁力受到好友黎舜梵（张达伦饰）的委托，开始照顾年幼的儿子麦宇笙，二人逐渐培养出师徒之情，而舜梵与家欣之间也有过感情纠葛。舜梵后来因顽疾而堕入自暴自弃，袁力决定帮助他重新振作，同时也反思自己，决定重新回到跑道上。。
