碧生与碧琪为朝街私钟妹，感情甚笃，合称朝街双Big。因生欠下赌款，琪请其男友龙代出头，与西洋仔结怨，后琪被西洋仔掳走，生、龙为寻回琪，出生入死，渐生情愫，琪被救回后，发现生、龙关系，与生渐疏远。 另方面，生结识老差骨麦Sir，成为好友，麦Sir更对生存有父女间的情义。 麦Sir多次追捕龙，均被上司靓Sir阻止，原来龙乃卧底，直属于靓Sir，后靓Sir被西洋仔所杀，龙被麦Sir苦苦追缉，无从证实自己身份。 西洋仔因私窦被捣，掳走麦Sir儿子小杰，逼麦Sir替其杀死龙，危急中，困于麻袋中的生脱缚扑出，一个血人扑向西洋仔……。Qwerty is a film about lonely concepts of people and their quirky exploits.
